This is a concept project. It is a realistic brief that TechKrafton designed to show how we would solve this kind of problem. It is not paid client work, so it shows no client name, results or testimonial.
A booking system that lets patients pick a doctor and a slot online, while the front desk runs the day from one dashboard.
Overview
The challenge
Small clinics still take most bookings over the phone. Lines are busy at peak hours, receptionists juggle paper diaries for several doctors, and patients who cannot get through simply go elsewhere. No-shows add to the problem, because nobody has time to send reminders.
The solution
CareSlot gives each doctor an online calendar that reflects their real availability. Patients choose a doctor, see open slots and book in under a minute without creating an account. The front desk gets a daily schedule view, can add walk-ins, and sees each patient's visit history. Reminders go out automatically by SMS and email the day before.
