This is a concept project. It is a realistic brief that TechKrafton designed to show how we would solve this kind of problem. It is not paid client work, so it shows no client name, results or testimonial.

A lightweight ERP that moves a small manufacturer's stock, billing and purchasing out of spreadsheets and into one dashboard.

Overview

The challenge

A small manufacturer tracks stock, purchase orders and invoices across several spreadsheets. Numbers do not match, GST invoices are typed by hand, and the owner cannot see stock levels or unpaid bills without asking three people.

The solution

Krafton ERP Lite brings inventory, purchasing and billing into one web dashboard. Stock updates automatically when goods come in or invoices go out, and GST invoices are generated from orders in one click. Each person sees only what their role needs, and the owner's dashboard shows sales, receivables and low stock as live D3 charts. A Django REST API powers the React front end.
