This is a concept project. It is a realistic brief that TechKrafton designed to show how we would solve this kind of problem. It is not paid client work, so it shows no client name, results or testimonial.
Trip pages with batch dates, seat limits and part-payments, replacing a booking process that lived in WhatsApp chats.
Overview
The challenge
A trek organiser runs dozens of weekend batches each season, all booked over WhatsApp. Seats get double-booked, payment screenshots get lost in chats, and collecting participant details before each trek takes hours.
The solution
TrailBase lists every trip with its itinerary, difficulty, inclusions and upcoming batches. Each batch has a seat limit that updates in real time. Trekkers book with a part-payment, fill in participant and medical details online, and download the itinerary as a PDF. The organiser sees every batch's roster and pending balances in one dashboard.
