This is a concept project. It is a realistic brief that TechKrafton designed to show how we would solve this kind of problem. It is not paid client work, so it shows no client name, results or testimonial.
A direct-ordering site and kitchen screen, so a cloud kitchen can sell without paying aggregator commission on every order.
Overview
The challenge
Food delivery apps bring orders, but they take a large commission and keep the customer relationship. A cloud kitchen wants regular customers to order directly, yet a basic website cannot handle live menus, payments and order tracking.
The solution
Tiffin Hub pairs a mobile-first ordering site with a kitchen order screen. The menu shows live stock, so sold-out dishes disappear on their own. Customers pay with Razorpay (UPI, cards or wallets) and follow their order from "accepted" to "out for delivery". In the kitchen, new orders appear on a tablet with a sound alert and move across columns as they are prepared.
