This is a concept project. It is a realistic brief that TechKrafton designed to show how we would solve this kind of problem. It is not paid client work, so it shows no client name, results or testimonial.

A listings website with map search and an enquiry button on every property, so each lead reaches the right agent.

Overview

The challenge

A local real-estate agency posts listings on portals and social media but has no credible site of its own. Buyers cannot search its full inventory, and enquiries arrive with no record of which property they are about.

The solution

Urban Nest lists every property with photos, price, size and location on a map. Buyers filter by area, budget, type and bedrooms, and send an enquiry from the listing page. Each enquiry is tagged with the property and routed to the assigned agent, who manages listings from a simple dashboard. It can run as a custom WordPress theme or plain PHP, with Leaflet maps.
