This is a concept project. It is a realistic brief that TechKrafton designed to show how we would solve this kind of problem. It is not paid client work, so it shows no client name, results or testimonial.
One private workspace for a therapist or coach to handle client intake, session booking, notes and invoices.
Overview
The challenge
Independent therapists and coaches juggle a form tool for intake, a calendar app for sessions, a notes app for records and spreadsheets for invoices. Sensitive notes end up spread across tools that were never built for confidential data.
The solution
Coach Desk brings the whole practice into one tool. New clients fill in an intake form that creates their record. Sessions are booked from the practitioner's availability, with reminders sent by Celery background jobs. Session notes are encrypted at rest and visible only to the practitioner. Invoices are generated per session or package and exported as PDF.
